As excited as I am for DC Next Level and more Absolute books, Vertigo coming back is such a game changer for 2026. Books like Y The Last Man changed the way I looked at comics. I’m so here for the new era.

I need this Absolute Superman #16 cover as a print more than I need oxygen. This is legit one of my favorite covers ever.

I genuinely believe what Stephanie Phillips is doing on TikTok is the new standard for how comic book creators market their books moving forward. This is how you connect directly with today's audience.

I don’t think it’s hyperbole to say this: Absolute Batman is a watershed moment for comics. It’s cool to be on the ground floor of a series that is singlehandedly creating a whole new generation of comic book fans.

This week’s comic haul. DC Comics continuing to have a chokehold on my bank account. What are you reading this week?

Got my first order with @InStockTrades and I don't think I can go back to ordering trades anywhere else. Saved like forty bucks on all of this. Pumped to finally check out Supergirl Woman of Tomorrow, JSA, Black Magick, and fill out my Poison Ivy set. Some good holiday reading.

The best part is, we’re consistently getting different flavors of Batman. From the more detective oriented books, to the darker take in Absolute, and the brighter, more hopeful side of the character. There’s truly a Batman book for everyone.

This has to go down as one of the best years ever for Batman comics. Absolute Batman is a game changer. The Fraction and Jimenez relaunch has been a big hit. Add in Dark Patterns, Last Halloween, Batman & Robin Year One, Detective Comics… What a time to be a Batman fan.
