Consistent max effort sprinting is one of the easiest things you can do to help your athletes. 2-3 days per week 3 to 6 reps. QUALITY REST BETWEEN SETS. Don’t need fancy equipment. It’s the most powerful thing the human body can do & protects from injury with proper application.

For the vast majority, your athletes likely need to get bigger and stronger. If you aren’t training, tracking, and being consistent. It’ll never happen.
