Love our swimmers.
Chilly start to the day with a (very) quick swim at @the_shac ! 7 degrees, felt like an ice block coming out but also felt fabulous! I forgot how great cold water swimming makes you feel. Thanks @dannyrobins for the company! Next task is to buy some @Zone3official gloves!
