This is insanely important if you work in a big company: Keep a private journal that includes screenshots, emails, and relevant metrics Don't talk about it or show it to anyone At some point, you will need leverage, and your journal will be a game changer

Every time I attempt to login to my @ATT business account, it errors out with a "It's not you, it's us" message. Problem is, I have no doubt they'd have zero issue suspending the account for non-payment even if I can't access it in time.
