@VodafoneUK any update on when the broadband issues affecting Southend will be resolved?

@HighwaysEAST travelling northbound on the #M11 is a nightmare at the #A11 junction roadworks. I get safety is priority, but there is NO reason to close a lane on the exit slip road. I think this needs review as the traffic is backing 3 junctions. It's adding +30 mins in traffic.
