Paid $176 to fly @JetBlue, had to cancel trip, understand them only providing a credit as a refund but charging $100 on top of that to process the cancellation is crazy! Almost rather eat the $76 id get as a “refund” and not cancel so they can’t sell my ticket for more $$. Crazy!.
