@thatdudereed_ You can do arm work outs while recovering. You can make your meal plans for the next few months You can rehab your injury. But you must not give up. And you must stay positive mentally. 🙏🏻

@thatdudereed_ Not trying to be negative but this is exactly what I was worried about because he is putting so much pressure on his joints in his lower extremities and they are already under constant pressure as he stands. Hopefully Reed will be guided by someone to really dial in his nutrition

@thatdudereed_ Yep, time to shift focus on your workouts. Arms, upper, etc. Not saying this would have prevented it, but definitely don't skip sauna. The heat does wonders for helping your muscles to recover. Combined with hydration and electrolytes, it goes a long way towards protecting you.

@thatdudereed_ Could be a meniscus tear. That would require an MRI. Take it easy with your leg though. Elevate it and ice

@thatdudereed_ Reed - you need to do exercise in a pool. You are still much too heavy to put stress on your hips, knees, ankles and legs. Please use the pool !! where there is NO stress to the joints. Your legs are oddly bent, so your alignment may be off. Not criticsizing, just being honest

@thatdudereed_ Reed, just getting in and out of the leg extension mech at your current size is a mini workout. You could just do that 20 times. Whatever thing you do is more than you WERE doing..! Don’t necessarily focus on doing a “workout” just do something. Continue being THE BOSS! 😎🏴🇺🇸

@thatdudereed_ Don't push yourself. IF it's a knee injury, it's going to take some time to get better. If it requires rest, you can still do some upper body work and watch the diet! And remember---

@thatdudereed_ You have to continue to do what you can right now. I’m inpulmonary rehab, I only had 3 sessions left and I now have 2 bulging discs & sciatic pain, I’m still going to pulmonary rehab just to do what I can. We gotta keep moving forward, hang in there. 💜✝️👍🏼

@thatdudereed_ International chest day! Give those knees a rest but keep on lifting if possible. Upper core. “Slow is steady, steady is fast”. Slow down on pace, maintain form, shift your workouts to supplement the limitation. And always remember the biggest battle is between the temples.

@thatdudereed_ That’s right Reed! Work around the injury. Injuries are part of training and being an athlete. Paradoxically they HELP us in the long run. They force us to understand the nuances of balance, flexibility, coordination, body awareness, etc.

@thatdudereed_ Don’t let this stunt your progress. Find a pool to go swimming! It helped my niece who had this injury! Good luck!

@thatdudereed_ You got this, Brother! Lots of great advice here already… …I’ll just add that it’s totally OK to feel bummed. Shitty moments are a required part of the process and the journey. Emotions come and go. But progress persists!!! ✊🏼

@thatdudereed_ I get that. I slightly pulled a muscle in my back rowing a little too aggressively yesterday. So today is just some walking, yoga and shadow boxing. Stick with it. Just take it a little easy for a second. #StayHealthy #StayFit #StayYoung

@thatdudereed_ See what the doctors say. But just take it easy. I am just getting over a knee injury that has lasted since the end of June. Did lite lower body and normal upper workouts. I know its going to feel bad getting slower results. But it's better to recover and come back stronger.

@thatdudereed_ Hand bike if you can. Food and fluid should be main focus especially during injury.
