Too many artists today are scared to pro-claim themselves as BLACK artists who make BLACK music. Like yes, everybody enjoyed D’angelo, but we knew who he was for. It was in the imagery, the layers of vocals, the lyrics. The way you had to study the words AFTER feeling the song..

Having an editor for a boss when you're an editor must be stressful, the way I notice small things and immediately ask for them to be altered must bore Tabz and Azizi coz now they've both submitted 5+ alterations each 😭😅
