It's truelly a love hate relationship with @Uber. My ride last night was quoted R144 and yet I was billed R302😭. A 28 KM trip was listed as a 44KM almost double. Why Uber, why????

To add.insult to injury, yesterday, she was withdrawing R800 at an ATM in Circus Traingle Mall&the money didn't come out of the but she received an an SMS that the amount was taken. She called your helpline&was told the money can't be reversed and investigation will take 4 days😡

What a frustrating experience with @Uber_RSA! Kept requesting a short distance trip from a mall to home and it did a 30 minute search for a driver. After giving up and getting a meter cab, a driver calls saying he is waiting for me. I guess I'll be billed the waiting fee😡
