I just bought my first pair of (beginner) running shoes. Never thought I'd stay consistent with exercise & healthy eating while doing a PhD abroad, but here I am 🏃♀️. funny how believing you can do difficult things changes everything.

I'm saddened to hear about Dr. Peter Carino's passing. His work was the first I read as a writing center scholar and has shaped my historical understanding of the field. My heart goes out to his family, friends, colleagues and collaborators. He will always be remembered.
