Today Special Ops and Tech Rescue were called out for someone trapped in a bucket. Even though power had been cut by Toledo Edison, the location of the disabled lift in the rear of the home prevented use of a Tower Ladder to complete the rescue. #toledofirerescue #rescue

If you're a rescuer & all your rigging knowledge is from word of mouth at the firehouse, you're doing it wrong. Find a HERS class, talk to your local equip house, reach out to a union hall or crane company. A critical lift isn't the time to guess if you're doing it correctly
