These days when I feel the need to vacate to relax, I first to take a look at the lifestyle choices that may be causing the stress. In most cases, I find there is another path that avoids feelings of fight-or-flight... (Sounds boring I know, but I enjoy life more this way.)

Posted a 45 min boot camp this AM. Felt fine but tired quickly. No headaches this fast. I would attribute that to IF. Also, resting heart rate is now 45 bpm...
