The truth is @starwars that the EU fans made Force Awakens surpass the 2 billion dollar mark. The EU fans started checking out with Last Jedi losing 36% box office. And finally most fans checked out all the way with Rise of Palpatine at 49% box office loss. Give us the EU.

If you or Kathy really cared about the kids? You would want to bring the Expanded Universe back and greenlight Young Jedi Knights Animated and have @TheKJA in a consultation. Supporting @dave_filoni in making sure it’s done right. Every child demographic would flock to this show!

It is time for @RobertIger and #AlanBergman to give the @starwars Expanded Universe a chance to either succeed or fail. The books containing the stories are already written. Detailing both the Skywalker saga and the Old Republic saga ready to be adapted into visual media.

#StarWarsTwitter It’s entirely a possibility that #AlanBergman is being groomed by @RobertIger to take over as president of @Disney. And if he & Kathleen Kennedy are at odds with each other, there could be speculation for that. He could look at her @starwars tenure as unfavorable

I’m sitting back and watching Disney Star Wars fans wigg out because Alan Bergman and @RobertIger had enough common sense to can a project about a secondary character that died in the previous movie. Ironic, as those same fans criticized other fans for wanting the EU recanonized.

I wonder truly what would happen in the world of the Disney trilogy fans if at the @Disney shareholders meeting, which George Lucas would be a part of, I they decide that @Lucasfilm and @starwars will go forward with the Expanded Universe?

This goes for all the Disney shills crying over @RobertIger doing the right thing for once. You’re only mad when it affects what you want. Not for what would have catapulted @Lucasfilm past @MarvelStudios as Disney’s #1 IP which is the adaptation of the Expanded Universe. 🤷🏽♂️
I know this is how it works because we live in a capitalist hellscape, but executives who aren’t creatives should not have this much power to say what will and won’t work in a story

……Sebastian Stan would begrudgingly be my 2nd choice to play Han. And only because the Stan stans can’t seem to see past him for Luke Skywalker. Which he would have been good for…in 2015. But twin castings shouldn’t be 10 years apart. What are your thoughts?
