My reasons for this are not altruistic. If I have an opponent that literally never wins, they will probably stop playing against me. So it's in my best interests to find a handicap level that gives both players a chance of winning if I ever want to do more than just goldfish.

If there's an obvious skill gap then I'm willing to make a bad pokemon team or Magic deck or whatever but once the game actually starts, I'm not going to deliberately use flamethrower on a flash fire Heatran and say "Oops, I guess you got a free stat boost. Silly me!"

Excellently played by Tyr. This was a nailbiter the whole way through. The Ninjampires came close but couldn't quite topple the Tornumos.

The main game changing moments were 1) Tyr's cyclone at the start went crazy and got him a ton of points. 2) I almost solod a base but he managed to get a 0 power minion on before it scored and kept me from making up the point difference. 3) The massive bulking stew at the end.
This was a war of attrition. Not only did we fight for bases, but we fought for Titans. He would overpower my Titan and kill it by summoning his Titan. I send his minions to the four corners, resummon them, and kill his titan. 100/10 @terrysalt2

I think the game winning moment was killing the sheriff. It gave me 3 unanswered points and then when the cave of shinies turned up, Tyr was basically locked out of the game.
Dinosaur/Itty Bitty Creatures End Score 15 vs Ghost/Cowboys End Score 9 Terry played well. His dinosaurs ran roughshod all over my Ghost. But I ended the game with a duel which I never got to pull off & I played my Ghost Titan twice, so yay! @terrysalt2
