i intentionally nerfed him by running archer and cipher on 4-star LCs and not using quantum 4pc, as i didnt want to abuse my sparkle's e2. this setup is actually 1.8% weaker than if i ran sigs on archer and cipher + quantum 4pc with an e0 sparkle! (same cost).
