Everyone criticizes doing a job and praises doing business. But I can tell you with my industry experience that doing my job helped me gain many life experiences that I can use when I plan to start something on my own. Never underestimate the learnings you get doing a job.

Motivational videos only works when you already have defined a clear purpose or a goal for yourself. And that purpose finding is the first step you need to move ahead. Spend some time questioning yourself and figure out what you want to do.

Decisions taken in desperation or in hurry are always proven to be bad decision later. You will regret taking decisions you took in hurry or in desperation. While taking any important decision, keep your emotions in check and if not, consider other's opinion.

Leaving your previous job before getting the next job is a bad career decision. You don't know whether you will another one in time. You might get into medical or financial trouble and that you won't be able to handle. Even if you still plan to leave, keep one year savings ahead

Being too much positive is also bad for you. It will keep you away from reality and will lead you to taking bad decisions. Instead be realistic, also think about risk factors and negative sides to stay safe and avoid making irrational decisions.

Realized after 3 years working It doesn't matter how passionate you are about a job. Eventually, that passion fades because you won't have the freedom to do things on your own terms and have to follow instructions. That's where job dissatisfaction and frustration start to build.

The world advises you to find a job that makes you feel alive and passionate. But the reality is, a job can't make you happy because you can't control every aspect of it. There will always be tasks in your role that you didn't sign up for but still have to do as part of the job.

It was foolish of me to seek happiness in my job. You can't always find happiness in something that is controlled by others. You should work for the money and use it to create the life you want. That's the job-mindset you should adopt.

Debt snowball is a great way to clear off your multiple debts and credit card bills. This method helps you release a psychological burden of debt that you are carrying due to multiple debts and bills.

You won't understand the importance of saving money until you experience bankruptcy or financial crisis. Lessons about saving money can't be learnt fully unless you experience some bad times.

I prefer doing things and spend money on things that adds value to my life. I don't think everything that shared by someone on social media needs to be done. If it doesn't add any value to my life, I avoid spending time or money on it.

You find it difficult to work as an employee, in a job. Maybe its a sign that you are not meant for a job but for something different. Instead of trying hard in a job, try hard to find something different that works for you. You should not ignore your gut feelings.

You develop depression and anxiety slowly, and you will get out of it slowly. Medications can't speed up the process. Healing requires daily efforts and patience.

I used to pursue jobs that I feel passionate about and later realised I didn't find it passionate enough. And after switching three jobs, I realised that perfect job that you would enjoy doesn't exist in real world. There will always be things you won't enjoy doing in your job

Even if you give your 100% effort to your goal, you only have 70% of it in control. Rest 30% is your luck that can make or break any situation. Therefore its unnecessary to blame yourself completely when you don't get what you want, even after giving it everything you got.

The more you age, the more responsibilities you will carry, which will increase your stress and will result in a decrease in your learning abilities and attention. Hence, learn as many things as possible when you are young and don't have many responsibilities. I realised lately

In India, tier 1 cities are tier 1 just on paper. When you see ground realities, they have more problems than tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Right now I am in Delhi, and I have to face excessive traffic, pollution, rash driving, no place to park your car, small roads and overcrowded

I recently was reading and watching videos about dealing with stress, anxiety and depression that comes with taking challenges in life. I realised most of my mental health issues are due to my lack of understanding about how the world functions. Everything is not in your hand
