I have been doing this for years . I presented this at ACOG years ago. I use size 8 orthopedic glove. It is great for ectopic pregnancy, appendix, lymph node, endometriosis nodule. You can even back loaded to the larger umbilical trocar if you use 5 mm trocars.

I want to thank ACOG for giving us the opportunity to apply for the revision of the ICD 10 codes for endometriosis through CDC. ACOG have been instrumental in coordinating with CDC through out the entire process.

Our hard work has paid off after multiple revisions of the revision. Now we have names for the various areas we recognized and excised. Individual manifestations of the disease in every patient is recognized. This will serve as the foundation for revision of the CPT codes

In the past, I am getting referrals from REI after patients complain of severe pain due to severe endometriosis. Now I am getting more referrals from REI for asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic patients with unexplained infertility. Backed to the future or backed to the past?

Been away for a few days. Got not one but two baby pictures from two patients on my desk. Apparently, excision of endometriosis helps with infertility. I have been getting more referrals from REI these past two years. Are other people experiencing a surge of referrals from REI?

Traditional electrosurgery talk is too theoretical. We want to create a video of electrosurgery in motion. Monopolar energy is the most misunderstood surgical energy source. One can achieve desired tissue effects by manipulating the key variables.
