I’ve been listening to the older fall out boy albums on repeat again and every album has NO skips. NONE. They’re all incredible but Folie is a masterpiece, no one can tell me otherwise. It did not deserve the level of hate it received.

how I’m ending 2022

I literally BARELY get through the week until I can see him again so it’s absolutely flared up my anxiety that I can’t see him for a month. I’m on a cancellation list, and he said if it gets really bad I can email him and he’ll call me. But I can’t get through on my own.

Is there anyone out there who can give me advice on how to manage/survive my depression and anxiety? Because of the holidays I’ve gone from having weekly therapy appointments to now by next one being a month away and it’s making me super anxious.
