🌍 @techUKCEO is in Rome, Italy, today to attend the Tech7 roundtable and sign a joint declaration urging G7 governments to prioritise policies and initiatives that promote economic growth through digital innovation.

Our BXL trip off to a great start: @uclspp students (MSc European Politics & Policy) met with @SabinaCiofu @techUK, Dan Flaviu Nechita, Head of Cabinet for MEP Tudorache, @nowicka_o & @NicolasMoes for a fantastic session on lobbying in the EU bubble & the EU AI Act.

Excellent start of the day: a much needed discussion on tackling online toxicity and misogyny with @bumble at - where else - The Nine.

A day of celebration for the EU-UK relationship with UK’s formal accession to @HorizonEU. Our Secretary of State @michelledonelan is in Brussels addressing the research & business community on both sides of the Channel who are so glad to see this deal come to life.

The UK is back in the Horizon family. A win-win for global scientific progress. Starting from 1 January 2024, UK researchers will be able to participate in @HorizonEU, the EU’s research and innovation programme. More info ↓
