🧘‍♀️Jennifer, one of our Solutions Consultant told us: "I do 20 mins of yoga every morning using an app on my phone. I started doing it about 4 years ago and now it is so much part of my routine that I feel weird if I don't do it - like brushing my teeth.

🧶 Gemma is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Hyphen8 and she told us that knitting & crochet have a proven benefit for mental health, mostly as a mindfulness/meditative exercise, and it's definitely helped her a lot!

🧘‍♂️ Garry one our Technical Leads shared what he does to keep active with the kids: “There's a youtube channel called Cosmic Kids that does Yoga that I use. Yoga = good for the body. Watching your kids fumble around trying to do it = good for the mind.”

🚵‍♂️ Angela, Director of Delivery told us: “I enjoy being active, and do CrossFit twice a week, play tennis, and try to get out walking and cycling whenever I can. It helps me to clear my head and slow down, both of which are important when life and work are busy.”
