During early dismissal due to weather, our minibus got stuck at an intersection. The Iowa Central Wrestling team passed by and stopped to help, pushing our minibus out of the snow. No big deal, they said! A big shoutout @ICTritons for their assistance during this snowy situation!

John Rhys Plumlee’s day today was INSANE. He played in UCF’s 5pm home baseball game vs Memphis. Goes 2-3 with a triple and 2 RBIs. UCF wins 12-3. He then leaves the game in 7th inning, sprints out of the stadium & is escorted in golf cart to the football stadium to play in the

Many people have no mental toughness factor. Their default behavior toward anything difficult is apathy, quitting or whining. While that is very sad for them, it makes it easier for those who’re resilient & determined to succeed. What competition? They’ll quit long before you do!
