No offence but what am I missing here that’s different than Morgan Rielly’s scenario that got a suspension? 63 isn’t playing hockey, crosscheck his opponent in a vulnerable position making head contact?

This is completely a systems thing with the forwards btw. The dmen have stunk moving the puck to the Fs too, but the Fs simply don’t have sustained pressure in the o-zone which makes offence hard to come by. This is on Craig Berube to figure out. Its an easy fix.

The leafs look like ass for two reasons: - They hardly carry the puck through the NZ, which means no controlled entries with speed. - They dump the puck in as they line change, meaning they have zero speed to dump and CHASE. They just dump and dump. Recipe for disaster.
A lack of chemistry doesn't impact the Leafs ability to dump the puck in and run the defender through the glass. There are at least 4-5 players on the team that should be doing that consistently but still aren't.

Will definitely see Calle Jarnkrok back in the lineup for one of Easton Cowan, Nick Robertson or (potentially) Matias Maccelli. Have to wonder if the d-pairs stick tho (McCabe - Carlo, Rielly - Tanev)
Leafs gamescore for 10-18-25 vs. Seattle. The McMann - Domi - Robertson trio struggled with the Stephenson matchup, getting burned on the Schwartz interference goal. Carlo had an especially bad game, struggling on both sides of the puck. Good game for the stars.
