Why should you play Tiny d10? 1. Because it's fast, easy, and fun 2. Because it's free 3. Because it's so extensible it's silly 4. Because it strives for the true, the good, the beautiful 5. Because I made it for YOU

I broke ice on this lake. Cleaned buoys on this lake. Ran search & rescue missions on this lake. Raised my family on its shores for 10 years. It is a wonderful and fearsome creation. https://t.co/yQYP4nbbvD

In these handmade pages you'll find a suspenseful sci-fi story (big Starship Troopers vibes) with a beautiful layout, ample illustrations, and 3 issues already in circulation—with a fourth on the way! And as you may have noticed, now there are STICKERS!

There’s been a lot going on and my wife and I have been taking turns being out of town. When I got back this week, I had a couple packages waiting for me. This one was absolutely amazing! An RPG, cool stickers, and a soothing tea. Thank you so much @td10rpg! This made my week!

You know, we often see the front of Fantasy Core, but very rarely the back. If the promise inscribed there doesn't stir something in you... Tiny d10 can help

My wife, who is a lover of beautiful things, surprised me with these little spoons to portion out the teas that I send with all Fantasy Core deluxe packages 😍

These stories are our heritage and our birthright. They belong to us now, and can inspire us in a very special way. The further back we go, the closer we draw to the source—the wellspring at which the cup of fantasy is filled—and the more we court its truly supernatural muses.

A very close friend of mine is not a reader, and especially not of 19th century literature. But he recently took a chance on my (insistent) recommendation of MacDonald's sympathetic & surreal Lilith. He is now developing a point-and-click-style adventure game based in that world.

Tangentially, some of you are probably familiar with my aggressive promotion of public domain literature. While it being free (and freely available) factors into this, it is more because it consists, by and large, of the single greatest works of mankind.

At the periphery of John's fascinating post here is a solemn duty to make fantasy literacy inseparable from fantasy roleplay: a multigenerational effort that begins with us, and by emphasizing the importance of Appendix N—and that without it, our games are houses built on sand.
New post. I've been cooking this one up for a few days, but expedited in light of recent conversations. I want to share some insights into player behavior that I find interesting - positive and negative. Link in post below.

There was a wonderful surprise waiting for me when I got home today. My friend @Corbzor—of Paddy's first inaugural Monster Jam fame—sent me a handmade copy of the one-page adventure that he created for Tiny d10 on a single sheet of antiqued paper! What an absolute treasure
All right, here it is, finished. A 1 page Halloween adventure for Tiny d10 @td10rpg. Featuring the Jack-o'-mancer I created for @PaddyohCakes monster Jam. Available in this post as images, and on DTRPG for PWYW as a PDF. link in 🧵 Have Fun.
