In @EP_Defence I come to the argument of a UE striving for global leadership: military effectiveness and strong economy. Still unclear about strategic autonomy. We can't flip a coin when deciding about 2% GDP for #Defence: #NATO/#PESCO. Need a clear mechanism for EU intervention.
