I feel the struggle of dealing with gcodes and personalised slicing, especially if we want complex #hierarchical and non-patterned structures! how often that is the case in #bioprinting... read this work led by zan to see how he solved the issue! highly recommend

🔑 Highlights: This work presents a biofabricated filtration barrier using e-spun membranes. A custom bioreactor introduced physiological flow, enabling bi-directional cell communication, endothelial fenestration, and podocyte foot process formation—rarely achieved in vitro.
