a lot of those « combat cravings » pills and supplements and stuff don’t work all they do is provide natural ingredients that may help lower your appetite ( like green tea extract and stuff ).

every day i wake up and remember that if i don’t at least consume something every few days i will d13 and it makes me dread life so much it’s not fair why can’t i live off of air it’s so stressful i never want to consume anything ever again these feelings have ruined my life.
