Was doing a 300 mile trip last weekend. Had a thought: would anyone take a exotic car which they only put 1000miles a year on a 600 mile round trip??? 10 minutes later, saw a front engined Ferrari with huge gills on my right side lane. That's the prove thoughts, reality is one.

I just noticed the homes built in the 1950s 60s got huge backyards while the homes themselves are just about 1000sq ft. A huge jump from the NYC apartments. That's when New Yorkers flocked to California... What's the step up from 1000sq ft, 1618sq ft?;)
