@talxeren Same here. FB and Insta are pretty much "look at me!" fantasy land - fair weather friends only. Here is reality.

@talxeren I told my husband a few months ago: Instagram is about pretending everything is "back to normal and great" while those of us on Twitter are crowdfunding Covid survival.

@talxeren COVID doesn't exist on my FB or my IG feeds. Very few will even mention in passing that they've had COVID. Total denial.

@talxeren this most definitely resonates! admittedly i’ve been shadow banned on fb for ages, but on ig too, granted i have far more followers on the latter but the difference is striking.

@talxeren Yup, I get the same. Facebook - crickets and tumbleweed. Insta, I don't really share too much covid content. Still going to keep sharing content on FB though.

@talxeren 💯 same here. Probably better if it’s ignored. Today got attacks from FB 'friends' for posting number of people dead since Biden took office & saying he isn’t doing enough 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

@talxeren Yep, same with my #mecfs posts on FB. I'm always amazed if they get any likes at all. Sigh.

@talxeren Facebook is for light and happy posts ( actually I don’t mind that) anything political or Covid related often gets ignored, it’s connection users want not conflict . We have twitter for that ( for now anyway…)
