Out today trying more of London’s reported “best burgers,” and added two places to my recommended list! Bleecker Burger and Black Bear Burger. Both excellent burgers, good ratio of bun, meat and toppings, both solid fries / chips too. Bleecker was a bit more fast food (London

Sometimes you have a wine that you just wish you could let everyone taste. Today was one such bottle. This 1973 Imperial Gran Reserva Has been stored impeccably as can be seen from the cork. Thanks again @thewinecruuk as ever the Durand comes to the rescue. @vendemmiawine

Espumante Borlido Blanc de Blancs Reserva Nature Bruto (Bairrada - Portugal) 27 Setembro 2024 Bright citrine color. Fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, toasted notes and a fruity profile, notes of green apple. Complex in the mouth with pleasant and balanced acidity.
