白湯と治療と神保町｜ 11時に行って、11時34分に終了。 家に帰って、昼ごはん。 朝は生姜スープと浦上そぼろだけだったので、タンパク質が足りない。鶏むね肉200gを細かく刻んでレンジで温めて、浦上そぼろに混ぜる。 生姜スープ、浦上そぼろ＋鶏むね200g、白米150g。 食べてから撮影へ。
