About 2 weeks ago I spent 8 hours in a class. Never any clear instructions how to "rate" the class to get my CEUs, then I forgot until yesterday. Deadline was Friday. Guess i wasted 8 hours of my life.

Alabama White BBQ sauce is fantastic. Mayo based, perfect on chicken and pork. I have 2 recipes, one for marinating and basting, the other for dipping.
