The marrows, carrot and tomato are from my garden. Then made a sauce with Dijon mustard, chutney and plain yogurt 🤤

It’s a beginning of a new month, just a reminder! We didn’t become Runners over night, We ran 5km in 1 Hour, We ran 3km and felt good! We all started with 5 Squats with the most horrible form! We’ve been into the Ride class and not kept up, We’ve tried Aerobics watched others
