Afternoon all - am resurrecting my own twitter!.

I think life is too short to Twitter AND get anything done. Jogging still takes longer than walking 2 miles. What's that about?!.

Walking AND jogging today. Inexplicably took 10 minutes longer than just walking. Broom bursting into flower. Tis good to be alive :-).

Been for walk in rain (I'm no cissy!) 2 miles in 30 minutes - a 15 minute mile - Roger Bannister will be twirling in his grave. .
