And in the end from @arpit_bhayani, i really loved the knowledge he shared on. Critical thinking and I have even started looking on some problems and asking myself a question why did I choose "this" solution what are the nuances of this solution and what are other solutions.

After @ankushdhark talk I learned."plan your goals forward then backward or vice versa" , I already had a plan for this year and some of the goals are achieved but the needed some changes as parameters are now different. Spent a few hours and crafted a plan for me.
