Iβm on like level 3 but a level like frantic factory from DK64 is much more memorable than blue plains with banana shaped grass. Very similar nitpicks I had about Astrobot which was my favorite game of last year.

Thereβs something to be said about the child like awe Iβm experiencing finding something to collect every 4 seconds. I can see this game being like botw where I loved it and it was a 10/10 but if they make another dk or Zelda game Iβd want it to go back to tight smaller levels.

Iβm enjoying the hell out of myself so far but I could see a future where looking back at this game a few years from now it mightβve not been too memorable since the bananas are so many nothing feels too special and the environments feel more like generic nature than worlds.
Donkey Kong Bananza Early Impressions:. Donkey Kong controls like a dream. Destruction mechanic is really fun. Environments are big, but not too big . Music is fantastic.- Underground Bananas are not always intuitively found. The 3D Mario Team delivered something special.

Which is also strange because Goomba is clearly beautifully designed textured and animated but is considered an NPC. I wouldβve thought goomba would have costumes based on the effort they put into him.

Will forever be salty that Nabbit is considered an NPC character in Mario kart. I still like using him but his model texturing and animations are clearly lower quality than the main roster.
