I want to officially post about my stance on fiction before I gain any more followers! I am profiction, which to me means that all fiction deserves the right to exist, whether I personally enjoy it or not. If someone enjoys it, then that’s the purpose of that content 1/?

No one has ever looked more beautiful than Jacob Elordi in this specific shot The makeup team knew what they were doing when they gave him this lip https://t.co/sOzECsnvli

It breaks me heart that Victor never gave him a name and that almost everyone just refers to him as the monster or the creature
He’s literally the sweetest baby boy, how could Victor even consider hurting him??? https://t.co/vGc3ZUTPgf

Alright, I’ve gotta start Castlevania for the first time because I keep seeing posts about it. What series do I start with and am I going to cry?

@jellycat13_ hes literally the creatures father and victor is the mother, in a literal role sense. he supplies all the raw materials, in the shape of the phallic metal prongs, while victor does the work of actually using those raw materials to create life

Yeah, I locked the motherhood in Frankenstein post because people can’t be normal about FILM ANALYSIS anymore I’m talking about characters in a movie and people are taking it like I hate real life single dads. I’m honestly in disbelief

When I get my hands on Frankenstein, the novel, it is OVER for everyone else There’s just something so intimidating about reading something that’s over 100 years old, but I need to experience the book for myself to form my own opinions on it and Frankenstein as a whole

I think the themes of pregnancy, birth and motherhood in Frankenstein are underrated To create life without a womb, without the tenderness of a parent, without skin on skin contact the moment they’re born, without breastfeeding, is what leads to everything in the film
