Not only is @turo NOT helping me with a reservation that was cancelled in error but they charged me $10.09 in tolls for a trip that they won't honor AND HASN'T HAPPENED YET. Thats some next level shit right there. Will they do the right thing and NOT steal $700 from me? #shame

Wow. I just flew @united from SFO to ERW with my daughter who's 10th bday is today. After a nice convo with the captain, he wished her happy birthday on the PA to the whole plane AND gave her this signed box of chocolates! Thank you Captain Sterling Harra!
