8 months of only designing in code: - I have a better understanding of how production code works. - The eng team doesn't bother with frontend anymore, they use my code. - Hands-off is super easy, feedback loops are shorter which saves everyone time.
It’s no surprise to say designers will eventually take over the front end, we’re already seeing non-coders ship apps. During this next technology progression cycle, designers will rise even higher. Just look across the industry right now… orgs are STARVING for design talent.
