On Friday, 10/31st the department put on a modest mid-day Halloween party. The winner of the costume contest was post-doctoral researcher Wren Vetens, dressed in her witch costume. The lucky winner chose the 10lb McMaster-Carr catalogue over a tote of swag—and got to keep both!
