Okay, new action plan!!! I have food in my fridge that I don't want to go to waste so I'll do OMAD (max 450kcal) for the following week and then liquid fast until my trip on February 12th. Hopefully that will be enough to get me close to 60kg before my trip... I'm losing my mind.
