What I think about AI taking the jobs of coders, is that it frees up the resource. Where big tech used to suck up so much talent doing CRUD, that talent can now go to work in non-classic industries. I've been telling young grads to consider that - everyone needs digital/tech.

I find the idea of housing a school in the same building, interesting. The elevators are going to be packed during peak hours. But it is going to save a lot of commuting. It'll probably help reduce some traffic jams on the roads too. Nice idea!
