The government will table the Federal Constitution Bill to fully separate the roles of the Attorney General and the Public Prosecutor in the second sitting of Parliament next year. A Remuneration Bill and an omnibus Reform of Laws Bill will also be introduced to amend laws
The Cabinet has agreed in principle to separate the roles of Attorney General and the Public Prosecutor, following two years of study on the matter. The Legal Affairs Division stated that the two roles will be of equal standing with each other in the Federal Constitution. 🧵1

Attendance is merely clocking in. It is a bare minimum la actually, but at the same time I believe I am an active MP in the Dewan too. Also, please don’t think sitting in the lounge is not doing anything. I too sometimes meet people in the lounge and my office in Parliament.
@syahredzan Out of curiosity YB, how does an attendance is counted? Does attending a session for only an hour in the dewan is counted as full attendance? selalu tgk both sides kosong bila berbahas. Tak nak lah amik attendance lepas tu mengular kat lounge also consider as attending.
