Thank you for saying this. At the Order of Canada ceremony last week, all the recipients I spoke with, including me, said exactly what you’re saying. Canada isn’t perfect but it does a lot of things right.

@RyanZinke How on earth can you believe US gun laws have no impact on political violence in the US when countries with similar political discord have none or very few political assassinations? Yes, people kill, not guns but they kill less if they don’t have easy access to guns.
