Nothing but proud of this achievement. The hard work & personal commitment that’s gone into this is like nothing else I’ve ever done. And I’m still working through the pile of books I bought in prep lol!!
Preorder the book on Amazon using this link (other sellers are available!) #ChangingTheNarrative #EarlyYears #Edutwitter #TeamELC #EYFS

One of the highlights of a working month for me. These are good folks doing great work, even though it can be challenging. I love how they support and encourage each other.
Every month we bring together local suicide prevention leads to share work that they’re doing, learn from one another and connect as peers. They tell us that these meetings are a vital source of support and information. It's inspiring for us to learn about their important work.

Fun afternoon recording a podcast for @OfficialCamGlen and @HnH_TheTrust this afternoon. I love talking about my work, I love hearing other people talk about their work, so all in a great day. (Hope they feel the same 🤣🤣)

Can we all just agree to do just one thing today, that’s going to make the world a better place. Donate to a worthy cause, pay someone a compliment, smile at a stranger, offer to help someone who need it. Feels like a day for that sort of thing. #Election2024

Here's our last parody song about the #USElection2024. It's called "Bohemian Trumpsody" (based on the inimitable @QueenWillRock but with only six voices & no overdubs) & we've self-trolled in it as 'libtards' already, just to save folks time who might be offended 🎶🗳️🤞

Really insightful & helpful conversation with @lawrencebroadie and several local areas suicide prevention leads about the art of communications. Wish we’d recorded it as would have made a damn fine podcast!! Lots of smart people in the room (and also me!).

Genuine question: has any meaningful action ever happened as a result of a conference poster presentation?

Off to Livingston to record the first in a series of 4 podcasts to support local suicide prevention work. Nervous, but excited!!

Some days I think I’m seeing the forest, but everyone else is caught up in the trees. Other days I’m practically humping one particular tree and don’t notice any others! Is this normal? (I’m not a tree surgeon btw!)

There’s a lot of people trying to understand and solve a whole lot of problems on here. So many of them overlap, are connected in some way, or have the same causes or contributory factors. Can’t help but feel we are missing a trick.

The control and lack of discussion that is alluded to in this is concerning.
In an exclusive interview with BBC Radio Kent, Canterbury MP Rosie Duffield explains why she has quit the Labour Party and what it means for her constituents. Listen here: https://t.co/7pm9yFvm3x

Took time out today to view the Lothian Speak Their Name quilt. It was really moving. Each square beautifully crafted and stitched together. A real demonstration of love & loss. Thanks to everyone involved. ❤️
