Basingstoke Comic Con folks: Did you get your refund? If so, did you get the amount you expected? I have today had my refund but it is considerably less than I had calculated I was due to based on what I didn’t receive and would be grateful to hear others’ experiences.

At least someone got paid! (this is sarcasm, of course the talent deserve their pay. Now hoping the staff get paid too, and then those of us who didn't get what we paid for can get our refunds...............)

I obviously understand the pressures of exports in the area! However I've since ordered directly from Hirbawi and received the kufiya, so thought I'd best check in :)

Hi @AbuWearOnline, I ordered a Hirbawi kufiya from you in Nov 2023 (order no 2670). I've tried to chase this by emailing support on your website in May (ticket ID 2072) and I've heard nothing on that, either... could someone let me know what is happening please? Thank you :)
