This was the first time where I tried painting in shadows before laying down flat colors, and doing the shading with purples on multiply.
Was astonished at how lively it made everything look once flats were laid down.

AI art is not copyrightable from the get go, its datasets breach Berne Convention, EU GDPR, individual and corporate copyrights. Not to even mention the societal costs of deepfakes and artist impersonation - which are also crimes.

I don't do that anymore. There's no point. They can't write - or they aren't allowed to, and I don't know which is worse.

Pixiv is pretty good, though you gotta use the Japanese versions of the tags too, not just English - but it's pretty easy if you search a few keywords, they always show the corresponding JP tag.
Deviantart seems to be all about various fan groups where you crosspost your work
