Arun ji , don't change the agenda here, no one is encroaching anything here, we are asking for an Indoor space for an hour or two that too in a week for our kids , which is very common in any Noida society, this i not called encroachment rather learning facility for kids.
@tata_housing @sunilsharma9985 No one should alter facilities promised and everyone agreed and bought house in society. Else there is no end to it .We left delhi for road encroachment and society facilities encroachment if same is done here then What’s the difference.? Yoga/ meditation can’t be khatak / Zumba

@tata_housing @SanjayBDutt @TataValue People opt for societies so that young kids and even adults can participate in extra activities like dance, karate,music, instruments and different learnings. May be you are happy that there is no such dedicated or shared space in Tata but I am not, still respect your views 🙏

#DontBuyTataValueHomes , #EurekaPark not a place to live for kids. There is no extra activity place for young kids in society, #CBRE team send notice if kids learn Dance, Kathak, Zumba in club. Vehicles are not safe inside the premises. @tata_housing @SanjayBDutt @TataValue

3/N Yesterday evening when Mayank @CBRE was reached out by few residents he purposely avoided residents , even after standing before residents ,he pretended to be on call for 15 minutes, after finishing the call rather then talking he rushed to click selfies with fav residents.

2/n @CBRE has been very unethical since beginning but after new state manager has come , society has become a banana republic, monthly meetings have been stopped without consulting with residents, there is a a feeling that only few voices are heard and rest are avoided.
