every day I see a cop brutalize someone, the court system fail someone, and the prison system kill someone and I go on here and see so many argue that this is the only way and the best we can do is to give it a more compassionate veneer.

It's especially funny when people claim "defund the police" was a radical, unpopular slogan when it was the watered down, co-opted version of "abolish the police". So many leftists have the organizational instincts of the DNC and refuse to adapt to the current times.
