Update: A BJP worker Nagendra Kumar Pandey has now deleted his fb post of him voting in Bihar. He has two EPIC numbers, voted in both, Delhi on Feb 5th and in Bihar on 6th Nov. But we were able to find out which polling booths he voted in. Details of his Delhi EPIC id below.
