We had a fantastic beamtime at #DANMAX at @MAXIVLaboratory . thanks to the beamline scientists for all their support. Data collection was super fast. This trip also allowed me to visit Sweden after 10 long years. it was very cold with bright sunshine. 😊

I started teaching molecular spectroscopy course showing my daughter's excitement looking at the double rainbow from our window. Rainbow is known to all of us. Newton, 300 years ago, first demonstrated that white light can be separated into different colours using a prism.

We are investigating hydration / dehydration mechanism of a pharmaceutical drug using in-situ powder x-ray diffraction at variable humidity & temperature conditions. The instrument will continuously measure the sample over the weekend, when we can relax. @UoLLifeSciences @bruker
